Externally it is a very beneficial treatment for a variety of skin complaints, wounds, sores, burns, boils and is used in the form of liniment plasters, poultices, herbal steam baths and inhalers.

These Radiata Pine (also known as Monterey Pine) needles have been hand picked and packed with loving care in the Noosa Hinterlands.

How to brew tea:

1. Cut, crush, grind or blend to release healing properties due to its firm nature.

2. Allow sufficient time to steep (at least 20 minutes).

3. If you have time, steeping the needles overnight is helpful as it ensures the full benefits of the plant are released.

Pine needle tea is not recommended to be consumed if you are pregnant
